Its hars to say we think it maybe gold or silver bars from about 1754. Thank you for any assistance you may have.

Mine lab, Garrett, Bounty Hunter,
a good 2 box can be pricey, but some metal detector stores will rent them.... Me I got lucky and found mine at a electronics flea market and picked it up for a song and a dance, all it needed was new battery packs....
