A safe: $7.5 million

The original owner of the container, from whom Dan Dotson had bought the storage unit off in the first place, caught wind of the discovery. They approached the new owner via their attorney with a deal: $600,000 for the return of the unit. After some negotiation a deal of $1.2 million was agreed. That's still quite a return on their $500 investment.

I still have questions about that one.... that much money just laying around... WHY???
