    AMELIA RESEARCH AND RECOVERY STOCK AT 1/2 PRICE

    I have 20,000 shares of Class "A" stock (voting stock) and 1666 shares of Class "B" stock of Amelia Research and Recovery available for purchase at $3 per share, thats 1/2 of the price offered by the company.
