If you need any help with programs and settings let us know. If you are looking for silver start by using the beach coins/jewlery program preamp gain to 3-4 (4 if it is stable enough to run this high) AC Sens. 73. DC Sens. leave alone with this program. Hot rock reject down a few clicks. Slow down the sweep speed a bit this is a good place to start and it has great tones! For relics use the relic 2 tone program and tweak it to your likeing

thank you for the very nice offer james...once i get the machine, i am sure i will have some questions, and appreciate your offer. that big brown truck is not scheduled to arrive here until tuesday, so in the meantime, i am reading the dfx manual online and learning the function of each adjustment. come on tuesday!!!!! chris
