Made a purchase from Bill-De and there was a slight problem with the item. However, I don't think ANYONE could have worked harder to remedy the situation. Not only did he spend hours on the phone of HIS time to find someone to help me, but, he did it with a kind word & a smile. Do NOT hesitate to purchase from Bill-De...he's a stand-up kinda guy
