"Brand New" Minelab Excalibur 1000 with Yellow Koss Phones $1100 Shipped

For sale is my Excalibur 1000 just back from Minelab. I sent it in due to the cover on the coil cable splitting and a short in the old blue headphones. They called me and told me it would need a new coil and cable, new headphones and new pots and that they would do a pressure test, all to the tune of $475. I told them to go ahead as it was of little use in the condition it was in. The did all the above repairs and replaced the decal on the control box. I have an Excal II already and have decided to sell this "New" Excal 1000. It now has the exact same coil and headphones as the Excal II so it is virtually an Excal II dressed as an Excal 1000. I am asking $1100 shipped anywhere in the continental U.S.A.
