I won’t lie Civ. Even though I primarily use another brand now, I still take my modified IDXPro out now and then. The accuracy CAN be great, but I’d love to see that exact machine with a greatly expanded ID display. I don’t mind the monotone, it just has to be separated to a finer degree. Other than that I can’t argue with you wanting another...awesome machine for what it is, and a single freq at that...good luck!

I had the classic ID, Dad had the IDX, and I’d love to have another one just as a spare. The crazy part is how hard they hit on civil war bullets compared to other machines. I don’t know if it’s just the lead, but everytime we would get a 1 cent zinc signal we knew it was a three ringer, and boy did it hit it hard, I could hear my brother going over it with his headphones on and I was 20-25 feet away
