Can't Send PM to More Than One Person at a Time

Every time I try to send a PM to more than one member at a time, I get a message that says I am not allowed to do this. I never used to have a problem with this, as I used to organize group hunts and I had to email several members at once.

I have reported this problem before, and the answer that I got had something to do with spammers, but nothing was resolved. Please investigate this problem for me... thank you.

It's been more than 2 weeks and no one has addressed this. I know you guys are busy, but at least respond to my PMs and tell me that. I am a long-time charter member of this forum, which means I pay to be here, and I am very frustrated with the lack of response from the administrators and moderators of this forum.
