Move regional (by state) forums closer to top

People could then find hunting partners & clubs with more success, and discuss sites in their area, get help using their new detector, etc. I assume most start looking at forums at or near top & rarely if ever get down there. I suspect many haven't seen it yet, & many won't go down there because they assume no activity.

If this is a bad idea? If so, I wish I knew why. Best wishes, George (MN)

Please Dont move it around!!! I hate it when things are moved around, just like the supermarket, after a move, cant find anything! Im sure people scroll up and down, and when they find their favorite subject, they know where to look after that. If something needs to be changed, just get rid of the HAPPY BIRTHDAY thing, that is for little kids.
