Subforum Suggestion - Women of Treasure Hunting

Subforum suggestion: a forum where the women of treasure hunting (any kind of hunting) can post. Other women have suggested that this is a good idea as well. Can we have our own subforum? Thanks for considering our request.

mjlalt - yes, I break nails frequently...usually when I'm involved in ultimate fighting...you know, cage fighting? (Just kidding).

My intent is a forum where women THers can get together and discuss family, jobs, etc. A place where we can "hang out". I don't want this to be a place for bashing or flaming, however. No insults allowed! Guys are welcome, but MUST behave themselves. No sexist remarks, etc.

Hope this clears up any confusion.

Dear Anita,
I AM a woman and I do NOT wish to have a subforum of this type. I joined this site for the hobby and not to discuss work or children. There are too many other social network sites for that which you may go to with your fellow MD friends to discuss such things. I for one, do not wish to segregate the sexes or take the time of the webmaster or moderaters to monitor the type of subforum you are suggesting or even to take up space where most do not care to venture. Please take no offense, but a treasure hunting site is a place, I believe, where most of like to get away from our work, etc, if only to dream. I hope you understand. Just my two cents and wishing they were wheaties.

I wouldn't mind a womens site. I have a hard time getting the farmers around here to give permission to hunt their property. They don't think it's proper or safe for a woman to go alone. one even said bring your husband & you can. so yes there are topics relating to just women. like breaking nails. I broke 2 moving trees out of the road from the storms we just had. but thats ok I just filed them down. thanx for worrying about our nails, how sweet.

I voiced my distaste for the idea, because it smacks of separatism, racism, & prejudice in my opinion.

native americans of treasure hunting

& do they need to be seperated by sex ?


I know no White males of treasure Hunting that would be racist & illegal

point is who gets the top of the list & who the bottom.
& if you can't show a birth certificate & doctors exam report you can't post !
