little overboard on email notifications

Seems I'm constantly getting emails from TN about that I need to check out the forums. Today I started getting them about the tap talk app. I could see if I hadn't been on in a month or so, but it seems if I miss a day on the forums I get an email.

I tried to unsubscribe from the tap talk email and it says the link is no good...

How the heck can I stop these?
