"site down for 20 minutes"

I just switched to comcast and now when I click on a topic, login, profile, etc... it takes 3-4 tries as a message pops up that the site will be down for approx. 20 minutes. I can't access chat at all.

I can't figure it out, and it's frustrating me to no end. Is it a setting button I'm not aware of, or don't know to tweak?

I can get on the chat... but I can't get on the Charter Member sections, even though I'm a Charter Member. Weird.
