use a Gold Fox with recirculation system when soil is damp and/or we are on a good spot. Tubs are from Costco, about $7.00 each when on sale. PVC kit for connecting tubs is from Gold Cube. Took me a while to purchase this PVC kit due to cost, but it is worth every penny. Just recently added a third tub to system and it has substantially cut down on the sludge.

Neat portable design. I assume the sluice slides backwards and out for cleanup(?).

Just unlock screen/carpet and slide out of the sluice into a 5 gallon bucket and turn sprayer on....will wash sluice clean, quick and easy.

great idea. you will need to support center of the run.. under weight it may sag or collapse.. but very cool idea... however i am not sure why you are digging so high up.. when i am out digging, my dirt comes from under my feet and as deep as i can get. i would think the better gold comes from lower. you need a conveyor that takes your material UP to your feed hopper.. OR NOT.. lol.. just sayin..
