Very interested in the conveyor belt , I done the same thing but have not perfected mine , keep loading up under the bottom and runs the belt off , I added side rails for the dirt and a hopper at the bottom feed area . All from alum , need to change to small metal tubbing .

Would like design details or drawings, specs . This would be perfect for me.
I was wondering if the belt roller could be say a half inch bigger in diameter on the ends... causing a low spot in the center of the belt to hold in the material better.
Maybe a couple idler rollers along the way on the equipment to hold the v shape better.
