    Trommel build

It's there, still fixing paperwork etc to run it, hopefully it will work this year, if not, next season for sure..... Plenty time, the gold doesn't migrate or melt Click image for larger version.

How many yards an hour do you realistically think you ran not counting clean up and what kind of pump?

Not much interest in trommels apparently. Comment is not directed at anybody in particular.

Based on what I've seen over the last several years, this subcategory should be merged with a different subcategory.
Maybe sluicing? Not even much point contributing its so slow.

aquatek she is beautiful. nice work. there are not many trommels being used on this forum for sure. I think they are overkill for most recreational situations, unless you plan to be on the same site for a while.. and have a site that will allow it... and can keep it fed....I use a smaller one and getting approval to run it was no easy task .. I would love to see some of your recoverys if you ever take some pictures. does Finlands gold look like American gold. lol.. best of luck out there. jeremyClick image for larger version.

How do you feed the trommel in your picture?
Is that on your California claim?
