Re: What's your favorite episode of the Honeymooners?
Great show with some of the best one liners ever.
For the 64,000 question
I brive a duss
Who wrote Swanny River? errrr Ed Norton?
the pool hall
I have a friend Shirley bigger than your friend Harvey
4 other great ones that come to mind are
1- Cran Ma's Mystery Appetizer (dog food)
2- Learning to play golf Address the ball Norton hellooo ball
3- the money from the bank heist
I'm going to buy a boat with 3 propellers
Norton - he gave the phone guy a $100 for taking the clicking out of the phone
4- Can't remember the name of it, but when Ralph had to take the pills and drink water from a bowl
Medicine was for a dog if his tongue turned blue - end he ate blueberry pie
Unfortunately I am an idiot savant when it comes to great comedies. I know nearly every line in each episode of the following programs
1- Honeymooners
2- Little Rascals
3- Seinfeld
pretty sad if you ask me

 Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?
Re: What's your favorite episode of the Honeymooners?
I have to agree, The fight with Harvey was the best and if I remember it was called the
Bensonhurst Bomber episode.
Ed : Do you realize, Ralph, that they're closing the pool hall in your honor tonight?
Ralph : Let's face it, Norton, if I go and fight that guy, the next day, they'll be closing the pool hall in my memory.
Ahhh the good old days, that reminds me of my other favorites
Ma and Pa Kettle
Little Rascals
Beverly Hillbillies

Re: What's your favorite episode of the Honeymooners?
Ralph: When you see me walking down the street, you better get on the other side
Alice: When you walk down the street there is no other side
There are too many one liners from that show alone

Yes the 64000 dollar episode was classic. That is the one I was going to mention. Spartacus reminded me of the dog food episode Good stuff

Re: What's your favorite episode of the Honeymooners?
If I am not mistaken they made a total of 39 maybe 40 shows tops, this also includes the skits from his general entertainment show. As far as the series went there were under 30 and each one a classic in its on right
What is truly amazing is watch any "one" of the episodes and you can walk away with at least 10 gret lines and snappy answers. Gleason was my "comedic hero".
So here's to you Jackie and thanks I don't take good comedy lightly
