Watch "Fact or Faked" tonight!!!

Great show!!! I put up another post on it, but, couldn't remember the name.

They receive claims from everyday folks with videos purporting to show UFO's, ghosts, etc. Their team then studies the footage and tries to see if they can re-create the video or come up with a logical explanation. Kinda like a Mythbusters for the paranormal.

Airs tonight at 9pm here on the East coast on the SYFY channel.

If possible, watch for re-runs on the "ghost car" segment. Fascinating stuff

Didn't enjoy the second, don't remember why.

Will record tonights & watch it tomorrow.

crawling out from behind a tree.

Finally got to see it tonight, and I'll have to say that I wasn't blown away by it. I only saw the last 2 segments, one of the beast in the moors, and the triangular light's in the sky. The only difference between this show and myth busters ids that myth busters actually proves, or disproves something. This show just leaves you

I think I'll stick to "The Jersey Shore", now that's reality

it's realy hard to prove or disprove Ghosts &
vehicles from outerspace.

you can prove a ufo is unidentified
by not being able to absolutely say what it is.
or disbelieve what somone says it is.
then in your head it's "unidentified"

I do believe they did prove the Ghost car
was the cops imagination. though
I would imagine there are a few who
still think it was a ghost because they want to
believe in ghosts.

only way you can prove ghosts or Alien operated Vehicles
from space is to bring them directly to
a news conference with every news group
and skeptic present and able to do an interview
and inspection.

Something concrete - like science - can be tested and measured with an ultimate possible, not possible or plausible (as on Mythbusters). However, that's virtually impossible to do when it comes to the unknown, supernatural, etc.

You CAN test different theories and give a good INDICATOR on what you believe is the final word though. As Jeff mentioned, the ghost car example is perfect. In my mind, after seeing the experiment, I had an AHA moment and clearly saw there was a logical explanation. Still could've been a ghost, but, the CHANCES of that go way down after the testing.

BTW spart, last night's episode wasn't one of the better ones. Gotta catch the ghost car episode or the night crawlers episode. Hey Jeff, after watching the tests on the weather balloon last night, it's pretty clear to me that the "UFO" in the video was faked. I mean, their set-up looked EXACTLY like the "UFO"!!! They nailed that one head on. What's your take
