Will be in Northfield in June

I'll be spending a week at Norwich University in June. I should be able to get free for at least one day during the week, and I'd really like to go detecting if that happens.

If anyone is in that area, and would like to take me on a hunt I'd really appreciate it. I'm also open to heading out on my own if I can't find anyone to hunt with, but would really appreciate any tips for areas to hunt (or avoid).

I've been detecting responsibly for over 10 years and would be happy to reciprocate if anyone is going to be in the San Diego area.

Hello Dave ,I just found this forum today as I haven't been online in awhile.My name is alan and I would be happy to show you around my neck of woods either in Northfield,where I once lived,or out of town.There is a ski area on the Norwich campus directly across rt. 12 from the college. I'm not too sure how tall the grass will be in JUne but there are several trails that go through the woods adjacent to lift.
