    You sounding pretty demanding. I know of many people who won't listen to an answer unless they hear they want to hear. So I will have to tell you tommorrow.

    Don't lose any sleep over it, I'm not. I've moved on. The answer was easy to see.

    And So,,,

    Taking a Hint from Mdog , I moved off out of the Cookes Range and into the San Luis Valley of Colorado , to seek the
    French Trappers Lost Gold Hoard just East of Monte Vista Co.

    I did find the French Stone Monuments they set up to mark their Cache , but I did not dig it out .

    Why not ?

    well , within two days of my arrival on site , a Village of Travel Trailers moved in and set up a Base Camp .

    As well , two of those Big High Top style camper Vans were Parked within 45 yards of the Cache for about a Week .

    Oh well ,,,

    Pictures to come folks , but for right now , a Picture of a Meteorite from an Impact Zone in Wyoming .
    It seems I find Meteorites everywhere I stopped .

    This area was covered in scattered Meteorite Chunks ,

    the Art to finding an impact Zone is eyeing out a sink in a Landscape .

    The Sink is just past my Pathfinder in the above Picture , can you see the lay of the Land and
    Make out the Sink ?

    All around my Pathfinder , all over the Surface of the Ground , are Pieces of Meteorites .

    I guess those are a Type of Treasure to some people .

    A Waterfall in Colorado is next .Click image for larger version.

    From atop the Rockies , Near Blue Mesa , where once , during a Blizzard ,
    I almost flew off the Road and into this Crevasse .

    A friend of mine did Die on this Road and near here , back in 1990 .

    Pa---tweeeeeeee ,,, SPLAT DEAD !

    Must have been an exciting way to Die , I know I got excited when I almost went over the edge ,, wet myself I did .

    Let's see somebody ya' know beat this , wrote this song while in places like the pic .

    ~~~~~ Backwaters View ~~~~~~
    I can see the Mountains
    from anywhere I am
    Those Snows fill the Fountains
    I do believe it's planned ,,
    The Earth around me
    Living and breeding life
    like an experiment to discover
    if we can keep our sight
    There's another Springtime
    right outside my Door
    and as I gaze up to the Peaks
    I almost can't stand it anymore
    it's as though they beckon me
    to come to their feet
    and find solace ,,
    when I'm down and Weak
    yes this the View
    right outside my Door
    I know you wonder
    what I may have found
    that grows an insight deep ,,
    and you know the Wonder
    on which I rely and am bound
    shows me all I ever need
    to fill my life complete
    It's not that easy being me
    it's not just anyone
    who can release and get free
    seems we have a Culture
    where we must always prove
    what we can achieve
    so many people, just like a Vulture
    prey on others , and forget
    to grow a soul
    in fact , they can't even believe
    But I'll just pass on through
    if it's just the same to you
    I have no foundation
    set in any single place
    I can be as Free
    as the smiles
    on a child's face
    I know there's insanity
    rampant in every single city
    But I don't have to worry
    I slip through that just fine
    and isn't it a Pity
    we can't all give ourselves
    that Grace ,,,
    So today
    when that Springtime
    came to sit upon my day
    I took a stroll to just enjoy
    all of her Beauty
    as I've done so many springs before
    I came to the Stream
    where I sit and wonder
    found new friends with which
    to greet
    and all this life that I dream
    it's Nature that makes my soul complete ~~~~ End ~~~
    Nice eh ? heh hee
    The mountains have rules.They are harsh rules,but they are there,and if you keep to them you are safe.A mountain is not like men. A mountain is sincere. The weapons to conquer it exists inside you,inside your soul.
