    Relic Hunting

Hi! New to the site. I would like to go river relic hunting, looking for anything from arrowheads, sharks teeth, bottles, coins ect. (pretty much everything). Does anyone have any recommendations on places to go to? My home base is in Norfolk but I am willing to drive. I don't have a waterproof detector yet, but looking to get the Equinox 600, so I would be surface hunting or sifting. Any info would be appreciated.

Also, love dump digging for old bottles but have had no luck finding any sites. Everything is so populated.

Va. - follow James River to the ocean; too many sites. Start with library in Norfolk.
