I'd keep it with no remorse at all.
And use some it to pay back taxes to the "IRS"!
The "FDIC"'s dogs would just have to shell out for that bread..........
If it were actually the property of the folks that had deposits in the bank I'd return it just as quickly, though.
The way it is now, it would be kinda like stealing from a thief..................
