Hi, I found this site looking at Indian relics. A long time hobby. I started reading the other forums a couple weeks ago, and have not been able to stop. Now I'm tryin to figure out which MD to buy. I am up in the Skagit Valley. How are the soils in Western Washington? Will a fixed ground balance machine work OK? I have been lookin at the Ace 250 and the fisher f2. Does anyone have any experience with these machines in this neck of the woods? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Both are good. My friend swears by the Ace 250. Learn to use both very well and you would be able to decide to use one in a lot of areas and the other for other reasons.
