washington unfriendly?

from what i have been reading about washington it seems they are not friendly

with people that metal detect or prospectors. are they passing [ more ]

strick laws in hopes of banning all of us in the future? got way too many

goof-balls in office.

The laws aren't getting that much worse then normal. It's more of a problem with the state parks and other people in charge of enforcing the rules. Most of the enforcers don't even know the rules or even take the time to study up and learn what's what with detecting.
