WV MD FAIRMONT

Anyone in the north central or really anywhere in wv area looking for a MD partner. I am originally from Moorefield wv but now live in fairmont. Looking for 1800s homes and civil war sites. I have found several civil war campsites if my own that i have permission to hunt.

Shame I never ran into you at Moorefield. Been looking for some good spots there, but hard getting permission. Can't never find the people when I got time to look for them. Really wanted to try the field across from Willow Wall, site of the first Battle of Moorefield. Lots of good mixed history in all of Old Fields.

I live in whitehall and am looking to get back into MD. I used to own a good detector when I lived in Fl. But never found much. I like the amount of history up here but dont know good areas to hunt.

You might try giveing shinnston wv ago the 70s toronado tossed a lot of stuff around town I keep searching that and morgantown too from time too time those old robbery storys are worth lookinging into
