Hapeanker Westminster Mantle Clock

I picked this clock up at an estate sale....I have not been able to find anything on the manufacturer or value online....only thing I could find is a similar one listed at a Goodwill auction. The writing on the front of the clock says "Hapeanker Westminster" and at the bottom right corner of the inside gear cover it say's "Made In Germany". Can anyone help me with more information and value? Thanks!
