ok guys i have been trying to find any information possible about this piece. Any help would be great.
In the first and second picture the top piece of this measures 2 1/2 inches from the top to the bottom of the first piece before the chains start. The first set of coins are on one inch chains coming down, the other longer chains come down and are 3 inches long and then the longer set has a bead on the end before the coin, each bead has a small hole in it, some of the coins are "spoon" coins i guess, and the size of the coin is almost the same as a quarter, if anyone has questions please just ask :)
And P.S. Thank you all before hand who tries to help just in case i dont get time to type it in to ya personally :)

Welcome to Treasure Net !!
The coins are Ottoman Empire (up to 1922); the 'tugra', or 'tughra', image (a stylized rendition of the Sultan's signature-with his fingers) is evident on several coins.
