Australian Gold Nugget

I've had this for a while... Wondering what it might be worth to collectors? The only way I would ever sell it would be to get a bigger one!!!

It's just about 1" long.. Weighs a solid 12.2 grams. Has a tiny piece of white quartz in it. Very shiny and full of caverns and canyons.. I could stare at it for hours - I have. hahaa

You'd probably be able to get around $400 - $500 for it depending on the karat. It's a nice piece

most gold nuggets are between 20-23k gold, Im going on the average 22k which puts the melt value at AUD $571.02 but I could see someone paying 115% on the piece. If your able to find a shape and a name thats similar to the shape, then it may increase it slightly, maybe 5-10% So a collector may be willing to pay between 656-713. But the 571 is the least I would take for it if I was selling it.
