What you have is Electroplated Zinc silverware. Which means they first made the utensils with zinc and then plated them with silver. This has been done since the mid-1800's to keep the cost of the silverware down.

That said, this collection is not going to be anywhere near as valuable as silverware made of Sterling Silver. Even if you wanted to melt it down for the silver value, there is very little actual silver there. You would end up losing money to the cost of the melting process.

Normally, plated utensils such as these are valued between $1 - $5 per utensil. The value depends on the condition, the pattern and how rare or how available they are. In your case, these are fairly modern utensils of a basic design. So the value of the entire collection would probably be somewhere between $50 - $100.

You might want to google Replacements Limited, they can help with pattern names as well as value. Some silverplate and even stainless patterns are worth more than you would think.
