Found this stained-glass something-or-other a few years back...

I have had this around for awhile now. I thought it was really cool, but couldnt ever figure out what it was. I thought it was for a tea-candle, but not idea how to get one in there, or how to light it. I'm trying to post it on Ebay to see if I can get something for it. In the meantime, anyone have any idea what it even is, or what it's worth?
