Seikos are always worth something. The 14k is a good start but I would expect the back to be gold also unless its 14k GE (gold electroplate). I would make a small scratch on the band some where not to noticeable and see it there is a base metal beneath.

The GE really worries me, I'm afraid its not gold.:icon_scratch: Seiko is a nice old brand of watch though, does it work ? :dontknow: Take it to a jeweler and have them test it. :thumbsup:
