Clock pendulum, used to set up a clock tower by added sand bags to the ends, used to get the right weight before the real pendulum is made, I think it's from 1800. I've seen something close to it many years ago.

Look closely. I doubt they had electric arc welding in 1800. I also think home made anchor for a boat.
