Ive got one from 1823 but yours is in much better shape than mine. Very nice find indeed!

well from what I have been told,rim gouges usually result in a no grade,so many of mine are ungradeable,if I had to put a grade on it,i would say poor-1 to AG-3

Edit-having a look at the book,it looks like you have the large 0 variety,the book also shows a large letters variety,thats worth big money..
