Mercury dime error 1945 "4" missing

Title sums it up 4 is noticeable but surly weakly struck and almost not there will post a photo when on other tablet but I know there made been other post in regard to this years back but I cannot get in contact with that person so can anyone help me out I have a great looking merc 1945 with the 4 weak all other aspects are even and to standard thanks

Hard to say without seeing it, but probably either a partially filled die or some kind of damage after the coin was minted, either wear or some kind of mechanical damage. If damaged, it would be worth less than a regular coin in the same condition, if a filled die, it would be pretty minor and would not carry any added value.
