Need to Date and Value Old Rocking Chair

My budd y found some stuff in an old truck trailer he bought including this rocker. It's solid as a rock but we can't find and info on it. Anyone have any ideas as to age and value? The fabric is quite dirty but seems to be intact enough to be cleanable.
