Is this dime worth anything?

I am in need of money right now so I was looking through some change to see if I had anything old and rare. I did find a dime from 1996 (i know not old) but it looks like it was made with the same stuff as a penny is. It is sort of rusting a green color so its not in very good condition though. But its a dime which looks like it might be penny planchet or whatever its called? is it worth anything? Sorry for the poor quality photo, my phone is pretty old.
