I purchased an old book (First Edition) that appears to be a collection of memoirs and letters of Napoleon Bonaparte during his exile to Saint Helena. The title is as follows:

Recueil de Pièces Authentiques sur le Captif de Sainte-Hélène de Memoirs et Documens Ecrits ou Dictes par L'empereur Napoleon (Book is from 1822)

Any idea on value? I plan to sell this book along with several others of the same era next week.

Hard to determine the value of the book! From the information I found, there appears to have been 10 Volumes to the collection of memoirs and if this is correct, you only have one Volume. I did find a price of 1,163.06 Pounds but can't tell if it is for one book (Volume) or a complete set.

Hm, this is hard to judge value with no sales records besides the auction records from 1921. Worth whatever someone wants to pay?
