Nabisco Advertising Sign??? (Cannot find info anywhere)

Through the years I have looked this thing up off and on and could never find another one out there. I'm assuming it's an old advertising sign but beyond that, I have no clue. I believe it was my grandfathers, no clue where it came from or how old it is. If anybody has any info, please send it my way.

its 26x39"" and it seems kind of weird to be used as a serving tray, comparing to serving trays I have seen, but I could be wrong.

It's called a self framed tin sign. It dates to somewhere near 1900, give or take a decade. It's rare and the last one sold a couple years ago at auction for $850.
