Immortality - 1885 Original print

Good afternoon. My name is James and I am a treasure hunter and garage saler from Long Island, New York.

I found this book at an estate sale sometime last year, and it was tucked away in one of my many boxes until I came across it today. I'm not an expert by any means, but this looks to me like an original print from 1885. I cannot seem to find this anywhere on eBay, active or sold listings. Can't find it anywhere else either. Can anyone offer me any info on this at all?
