Wow, they look brand new! Are they all off of 1 coat? Are they re-enactment buttons?

Those are United States Great Seal buttons. They were first produced in 1902 and continue to this present day. Yours would date after 1912 because they have a rim. Actually, they probably are much later based on the back marks. Value? Not much. At best, maybe a few dollars, if that. Very cool. I like finding them.
