I see you have already listed it on eBay. You can see what happens at that starting price but if you look at sold auctions for the same model of watch, they are only fetching on average from $30 to $50 with a high of $75 for an exceptional one.

It looks like it's from 1963. The M on the back designates the 60"s; the following number is the year.
