I'm not sure, but as a beach glass collector it certainly doesn't look like sea glass. Was it found on the beach or diving? Is it crumbling?

weird it almost looks like a piece of safety glass that was worn after it failed.

I did a Google search of crystal rock in Florida. Honey Yellow Calcite Crystals is what I found. Looks very similar to your rock.
