Cut Charles III 8 Reales (one bit?)

I just dug this cut Charles III 8 Reales a few days ago. Though I love it and would never sell it I am curious of any value and also curious if this would be considered " one bit"?

I don't know anything about cobs but I like that one. Lots of detail on both sides plus the edge. You're lucky tolive near the old stuff. Gary
