Purity, weight, age all make a differance in value - I would take to jewelers for evaluation.

I'm looking at workmanship, and materials. The green stone looks a lot like aventurine, not jade. The two opals are low end. Look at the prongs on the small stones, and how they are set. Crooked, and not rounded off. The eye at the top is only halfway attached, and lastly, the green stone is glued in, not prong or bevel set. So, conclusion...gold plated brass costume jewelry. Very pretty, meant to look valuable. I'd say $20 to $50, depending on the buyer.
