If the coin was found in Serbia, you might start with coins from the Roman mints in Serbia; Sirmium and Viminacium. There is a chance the coin might also have come from Thessalonica. In the description of the coin you will probably see 'laureate head right', 'parallel laurel ties' and/or 'cuirassed bust right'.

If it is indeed unrecorded ("unique") and genuine, I'd bet that it's worth several hundred dollars or more.

I see in your referenced site the descriptive word anepigraphic (meaning without a legend). Yet, between some of the star's rays these poor eyes image a letter or two.

I'm pretty sure that's just dirt/encrustation, though if there are indeed some letters on the stellate reverse then it would be even more interesting in my book. I'd love to get that bad boy under the 20x binocular 'scope and clean it up with some needle tools!
