I honestly don’t know much about this item. It appears to be an uncut sheet of standard 3 cent postcards, but I don’t know if the “Raleigh, NC (12)” has any significance (I only took a small photo, but can unroll and photograph the whole roll if needed). The sheet measures 32” x 22” and has 40 postcards on it. I have 4 sheets total. I imagine the stamps are still worth 3 cents and useable if these sheets turn out to be worthless. Do these uncut sheets have any value to stamp or postcard collectors?

looks like an error sheet or a test run for ink and alignment.
is it printed on card stock?
