    Eagle what's it.

    This is about the shape this was found in. Found under a main street sidewalk that was poured around the turn of the century. No writing on it. 2 Piece. Threaded stem from eagle goes though back and is held in place by a thumbnut. Made of brass, maybe plated?? Any ideas on this one?
