    can we see the back?
    I live in a state of rules where I am not permitted to live on my own country land because my home is not 130 MPH rated! I can only visit it from time to time and pay the fines.  I feel so safe with Big Government protecting me. In some states its illegal to collect rainwater.

    For the deaf I believe it means I love you. But I think it also is a sign for the devil.

    It is the sign for I Love You in sign language... which has the thumb extended outward.
    The "rock on" or "metal" sign has the thumb in touching your middle and ring fingers (turned down).
    There's the difference...

    Rom. 10:9 that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;

    Rom. 10:10 for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.

    as shown it means "I love you" in sign language for deaf folks -- however if the thumb was tucked into the two down fingers its "rock on " - for the heavy metal folks ----or "hook em horns" --texas college football sign
