    "Spin To See Who Pays"

I dug this thing up about a year ago in my parents yard. I think they're called drink spinners(?).
It says "YOU PAY" and Carl ?son(hole punched through last name), Seminole Okla. and B&B St. Paul, Minn., U.S.A on the front and "SPIN TO SEE WHO PAYS" on the back. Its made of aluminum and measures 3 1/4" long and 1" wide. Is it old?
Does anyone know of a website to look up old businesses?
It would be kinda cool to find out if the name of the guy stamped on this had a bar in Seminole, Ok. .
Thanks for looking and any help you all might have~~~~regards, sandcreek4

An advertising piece. As others have said a bottle opener, and also a spinner.

Normally listed under advertising spinner over the bottle opener.

"B & B" St. Paul, Minn. was "Brown & Bigelow Co." that was a printing and advertising firm that started in the early 1900's and still exists today. Brown & Bigelow, among other things, were famous for the 'Poker playing dogs' painting.
