Well, I can ID 2 for you. The large cent, seeing the date is not visible may get your friend anywhere from 5-11 dollars. The IH (Indian Head) Is in fine shape unfortunately will only bring 1-5 dollars...Mike

Top photo: Italian 1862 5 centissimi, Austrian 1885 1 (schilling?), British 1876 farthing.
Bottom left: French 1821 2 Franc. Bottom right German 1874 20 Pfennig.
Unless there is a rarer one in there, the 2 Franc has the most silver content.
You have the dates and the nationalities now:

These people are good here, very good. They have cured ailments that doctors were at a loss about. But they will kill you if you place "smileys" in your title.

Well, if you hold down the "Alt" key and type 13 on the number keypad you get the ASCII single eight-note.
♪
A little variation. Not sure why you'd want to but now you know how. Other useful characters: ¢ (Alt 155) , é (Alt 130) so you can spell résumé properly.

I'll just add it looks like a Heaton mint (see the small 'H' under the date). I think you would be lucky to get $10 for it though.

if you hold the alt. key and press numbers and then release them at the same time you get different characters. press them more times and receive different characters. be sure that after pressing alt button and the number one (for instance) ☺ that you let up on alt and the nuber key at the same time
