    What are these iron things

Can someone tell me what these things are? The horsehoof shaped thing says magnetic on it and has rows of metal projections on the opposite side. The other thing looks familiar but I can't place it. Thanks for any help.

The one on the left is a buggy step. The one one the right looks like a park brake for a doctor's buggy. Tony

This is what I thought, but maybe for a sheep. The hole to push a mess of hair off?

Thanks Tony. Is that a for sure ID on the step? Do you know how they were fastened? I'm not sure, but it doesn't appear broken and I can't figure how it would be attached as is to support the weight. Plus the MAGNETIC logo would never be viewable except to the installer??

I thought this too... both actually remind me of buggy steps.

Scratcher , here's a step I dug a couple days ago which shows you how spindly they were and how they were fasted 9if you can imagine this unbebt )

I doubt if the name on the bottom means that much. The fact that it has grippers on the top to hold your foot does mean a lot though, and is probably why it is called 'magnetic'
